"Rhonda Wheeland undertook the sale of our rental property in Patterson early in 2019. Owing to extenuating circumstances related to our tenants, the selling process presented unusual challenges, all of which Rhonda negotiated with precision, firmness, and compassion. Once the extenuating challenges were resolved in mid-summer, Rhonda was able within a week to negotiate a cash offer very near the original selling price. The paperwork required for the transaction was daunting, especially since we had never sold real property before and one of us was out of country throughout all of the closing stages of the sale. Rhonda demonstrated extraordinary patience and a ready willingness to explain each step as it arose and to answer promptly and cheerfully the many questions that we put to her. We were referred to Rhonda by a local colleague, having never heard of her before engaging her services. We were not disappointed!
